Christmas Brownie Bites

 

Ingredients:

 

  8x8 Brownie mix made as instructed

 

Mini Muffin Pan

 

Kraft Marshmallow Cream

 

Toppings, such as: chocolate chips, chocolate kisses, crushed peppermint, mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, M&m’s, etc...

 

Pre-heat oven to 350 deg.

 

Stir together brownie mix, grease mini muffin pan (unless you want to use small cup cake liners), scoop brownie mix into 24 cups, 3/4 full, and bake 15-17 min.

 

Take out of oven and use tart shaper or spoon to make indent in middle of hot brownies, fill with approx. 1 tsp of marshmallow cream and top with favorite candy topping, place back in oven for 3-4 min.

Take out and cool 10 min, then remove each one to cooling wrack, ‘till completely cooled...

 

Serve within a day or two, or freeze in airtight container for up to 3 months.

P.S. Using a toothpick to help put marshmallow from spoon to brownie, helps with the very stick marshmallow cream.
