Fantasy Fudge

From Marshmallow Cream

 

Grease (with Crisco or butter) a 9x13 pan

 

Ingredients: 

 

3 C sugar

3/4 C unsalted butter (I use salted butter, usually)

2/3 C evaporated milk

12 oz bag semisweet chocolate chips

7 oz jar marshmallow cream

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 C chopped walnuts, optional

Directions:

In a 2-quart saucepan, bring sugar, butter, and milk to a rolling boil (240 degrees by thermometer) for 5 minutes, stirring constantly; remove from heat.  

Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, then walnuts

Pour into 9x13 greased pan.

Cool to room temperature, before cutting into 1” cubes
